 Williams-Sonoma Roast Citrus Turkey

Williams-Sonoma Roast Citrus TurkeyWondering how to holidazzle your family and friends this Thanksgiving?

Brighten up that big ol’ bird with a delicious citrus zest using Williams-Sonoma Flavor Injector ($19.95)
Sure, there’s much to be said for honoring treasured family recipes, especially for Thanksgiving, but what about taking a time-out this year? It’s not much fun if you’re the one stuck running back and forth to the kitchen, ladling spoonfuls of super hot liquid over Tom Turkey every 20-30 minutes while everyone else is making memories in the family room enjoying the big game on the big screen. Besides that, you know you’ve been wondering whether or not you’re going to melt those fabulous MAC lash extensions right off your face every time you open the door to that 425 degree inferno formerly known as your oven!
To baste or inject? Is that even a question at this point?
